Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist, who is available on HLN, CNN, and different platforms. In March 2012, she will be the TV expert, co-executive and co-producer of the DIY NETWORK special, titled THE LAST HOUSE RESISTING. Her book EXTREME WINTER was released in the UK by Palgrave Macmillan, on 31 January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. When she was in Boston she also offered entertainment and lifestyle reporting as a special assignment reporter on a daily basis. Before joining WB56, she served as a weekend forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami. She's had a number of reports and meteorology positions, including: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news TV network and WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It was also her job to frequently fill-in to The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
